The main component of normal saline is sodium chloride, The molecular weight is 58.44 and the molecular formula is NaCl.0.9% physiological saline is a NaCl solution with a concentration of 0.9%, abbreviated as SPSS, which stands for Stroke-physiological Saline Solution. Since its osmotic pressure is equal to that of human plasma, it is a commonly used salt solution for in vitro culture of living tissues and cells. This product is sterilized by filtration and can be directly used for aseptic operation.
