Product Details
Brand: BIOLOGIX
This product is a dry powder type of LB Agar (Lennox, Low-Salt Version) culture medium. Used in molecular biology experiments that are sensitive to salt concentration and require high pH.
Instructions for use
1.Weigh out 35 g of this product
2.Add distilled water or deionized water at 1 L
3.Stir and heat to boiling until completely dissolved
4.Aliquot into test tubes or triangular flasks
5.Sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 20 minutes before use

Storage and Shelf Life
